Snow. Time.   2 comments

A rare Christmas snow storm in eastern North Carolina. New Bern, Pollock Street

It almost never snows in eastern North Carolina. A light dusting, perhaps, but then it’s usually gone within a day.

To have this amount of snow on the day after Christmas somehow warmed my heart. I often miss the snow that I grew up with, and wish I could see scenes like this more often.

Taken in historic, downtown New Bern, North Carolina on a day when most people chose to stay inside.

  2. Terrific shot. I love the way you captured both clocks in the image. I also like how the snow creates a frame which focuses the eye more on the clocks but still contributes some additional interest to the shot.
